Paesano’s is an authentic, wood-fired Italian pizzeria in the heart of Glasgow city centre and west end.⁣ The team at Paesano Pizza are obsessed with the classic Neapolitan method of making pizza, cooking their pizzas in wood-fired ovens built by artisans and brought over from Naples, while their Pizzaioli ensure that the dough is made accordance to a traditional Napolitana process.

Paesano’s two restaurants, on Miller Street and Great Western Road, offer ten pizzas to choose from, allowing their simple menu to deliver a flavourful punch while paying homage to their authentic Italian roots.

By proofing the pizza dough for over 24 hours, Paesano ensures that the long proofing period combined with a cooking temperature of 500°C creates a crust that is moist, light, soft, and digestible while being aromatic and delicious.

Sides include burrata with cherry tomoatos, focaccia bread, balsamic onions, verdi olives, fresh ricotta, and for deserts you can choose some soft ice cream or choose from the specials board – perhaps a slice of Tiramisu Cake or Limoncello Drizzle Cake. Below is a sample of some recent specials. For up-to-date pizza specials check out the Miller Street Paesano’s or the Great Western Road Paesano’s.
